Please contact us through WhatsApp +852 55421166 or send your files directly via info@printcards.com.hk with the hotel name and hotel address, The receiver name on the delivery package must match the guest name on the hotel reservation. This is to ensure proper identification and handling of the package upon arrival. We ensure confidentiality of information of hotel guests. We may print and deliver the cards to the hotels or your address globally. When you stay in the hotel outside of Hong Kong, the delivery time should be followed and offered by the international express couriers.

File Format :

​

• Document Color Mode: CMYK

• The ratio of the printed file size must be 1:1.

• All the typeface inside the files must be outline to path.

• The resolution of photos need to be 300dpi.

• 3 mm bleeding is required on artwork.

• Please text within the border more than 3mm to avoid cutting into the text.

• Accepted file types: AI, PDF, Indd, Psd, Tiff, JPEG & PNG (300 dpi), EPS

• All price of printing cards base on the countries standard size within 85 x 55 mm / 3.5 x 2" / 90 x 54 mm / 54 mm x 54 mm / 90 x 55 mm / 91 x 55 mm / 90 x 50 mm / 85 x 48 mm / size within 91 x 51. We can print square cards 55 x 55 mm.

• The trim size of cards will have 0.5mm - 1mm tolerance due to mechanism of the trimmer and also the paper distortion of the heating from the digital printer.

• Digital printing both sides which might have 0.5-1 mm printed position difference in between front and back sides.

• Production lead time : around 2-8 hours after artwork files and payment confirmed. Express name card printing around 2 hours.

• The formation of image in Digital Printing is by Toner, so therefore it might have 10 % - 15 % color different between the repeated printed matters.

• PSD file is an Adobe Photoshop Documents. It’s raster-based and the file’s size is limited. If you zoom in, you'll be able to see the pixel grid used to create it and if it’s resized; it loses data and quality. It is possible to edit a vector file within a PSD document, but this is limited.

• AI file is Adobe Illustrator vector files and are scalable and editable without compression or loss of quality. While raster elements can be incorporated into an AI file, the vector format allows more control and versatility.  In Adobe Illustrator, we can open a raster-based graphics file, but only as an embedded image that can’t be edited.
