I have searched far and wide after vegan chocolate that doesn't have ingredients from the Poaceae family, and this is it. Every other vegan chocolate seems to be made with cane sugar, rice sirup/milk or "may contain traces of milk". These are good, pure and melt in the mouth.
Anders als andere Kürbiskernmus, die ich sonst hatte. Nicht schlecht, aber anders.. Auch die Farbe ist anders - sonst ist Kürbiskernmus ja grünlich. War, OK, aber ich bevorzuge dann eher das charakteristische/typische Kürbiskernmus anderer Firmen.
I most like the super silky and runny texture of this peanut butter which makes it very versatile to use in many different dishes. It is has a good flavor profile, which is not overpowering and is therefor ideal to use in dishes to make them creamier without changing the taste too much.
