What makes Australian retail one of the strongest-performing property sectors today? That was the focus of a discussion at the Property Council NSW Retail Summit, where Mirvac CEO Investments, Richard Seddon joined industry leaders from Stockland, Dexus and HMC Capital to explore the future of retail investment. A clear theme emerged: the strongest retail destinations are underpinned by growing catchments with affluent. strong demographics and community connections, and an ability to adapt to changing customer expectations. As technology continues to reshape how people shop, physical retail remains an important part of everyday life, offering convenience, experiences and places for communities to connect. At Mirvac, we see this playing out through mixed use projects such as Harbourside, where retail is integrated with homes, workplaces, hospitality and great public spaces to create a vibrant waterfront destination designed for how people live, work and shop today. Thank you to the Property Council for bringing the industry together for a thoughtful discussion on the opportunities ahead for Australian retail.

The milestone reflects the strong demand for high-quality homes in well-connected locations. Thank you to everyone involved in reaching this important achievement. 📸 A few highlights from the topping out celebration.

A special moment at our 200 George Street, Sydney head office as our newly refreshed reception and hospitality floor was officially opened by Mirvac Founder and former CEO, Bob Hamilton 🙌 Designed to foster collaboration, connection and flexibility, the revitalised space features new meeting rooms, upgraded technology, enhanced hospitality experiences, a new café and a Boardroom that reflects the way our people work today 🏙️ Hearing Bob reflect on Mirvac’s early days was a timely reminder of the values that have shaped our business for more than five decades. His insights on the importance of quality, together with the Boardroom being named in his honour, made for a fitting tribute to one of Mirvac’s founders 👏 It was also wonderful to welcome Bob’s wife, Jocelyn, and to see them reconnect with many team members who worked alongside Bob during his time at Mirvac. A wonderful opportunity to celebrate our history while looking ahead to the next chapter at EY Centre, 200 George Street ✨

Today is R U OK? Day - but the message behind it, R U OK? Any Day, is one we carry all year round. Support shouldn't have to wait for a date on the calendar💛   Yesterday, our people heard from Nick Gorman, founder of Equilibrium at work, on prioritising wellbeing and reaching out early🤝 At Mirvac, we know that meaningful conversations matter every day. Looking after our own wellbeing, and taking the time to check in with those around us, helps create a workplace where people feel supported, respected and comfortable reaching out when they need help💬   A conversation could change a life. Ask R U OK? Any day.

🏡 Great to be part of the conversation at the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Residential Summit, with Mirvac’s Elysa Anderson, General Manager Residential Development VIC & WA, joining industry leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping housing delivery in Victoria. A key theme was the importance of housing choice. Delivering the right homes in the right locations gives people more options at different stages of life, whether that's apartments, townhomes or family homes. A healthy city needs a mix of all three. At Mirvac, we see this across our portfolio: 🔹 Trielle, Prince & Parade and The Albertine | Inner and middle-ring apartment communities close to jobs and transport 🔹 Tullamore and The Fabric | Townhomes in established suburbs 🔹 Smiths Lane and Woodlea | Family homes in growth corridors The discussion also highlighted the importance of continuing to refine the pathways that support housing delivery. Through ongoing collaboration between government and industry, there is an opportunity to strengthen the certainty, transparency and efficiency needed to help bring more homes to market. Thank you to the Property Council for the opportunity to be a part of an important conversation about Victoria's housing future. 🤝🏘️
