NMDC Group organized Helicopter Sea Survival Training for its female workforce, using a realistic simulation to prepare participants to respond safely in the event of a helicopter emergency at sea. The training covered emergency procedures, safe evacuation, the use of survival equipment, and the coordinated actions required to help participants evacuate and reach safety. As part of our one-month celebration of Emirati Women’s Day, NMDC Group held a session with H.E. Dr. Huda Al Matroushi to explore the growing presence of women across diverse industries and the impact this has on development, opportunity, and the generations that follow. This progress also reflects the importance of family balance, a key focus of the UAE’s Year of the Family theme, recognizing that supporting women’s growth and participation goes hand in hand with strong and balanced families.
