We have awarded Metac General Contracting Company LLC the main construction contract for Phases 1 and 3 of Bay Grove Residences on Dubai Islands, worth over AED 800 million and covering 537 homes across seven residential buildings. The scope includes basement works, associated infrastructure and key amenities, with residents set to enjoy swimming pools, play courts and a fitness center. Designed as a contemporary waterfront community, Bay Grove Residences brings together landscaped areas, walking and cycling routes and access to Crystal Beach.
