Azizi Developments welcomed Mr. Omran Al Shamsi, Vice President of Transmission Power Projects at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), and his team for a joint construction visit to the three substations serving Azizi Venice. The visit covered progress and key delivery milestones across the Venice, BHRTVNIC and Crystal substations, being delivered by Fressia Electromechanical Contracting, a DEWA-approved contractor and MEP contractor for Azizi Developments. Our Chief Development Officer, Mr. Awni Victor, briefed the delegation on construction progress and anticipated completion timelines, while Mr. Mohamad Qadomi, Director of Authorities and Government Relations, presented the Azizi Venice master plan and the development’s wider progress.
