Adds Playwright regression coverage for clearing a card description through REST, complementing the fix and unit tests in b895e61.
The tests verify that JSON and form requests clear the stored description, independent API reads return no old text, and the open card UI updates and remains clear when reopened. They also check that omitting the description preserves it and that unauthenticated, unauthorized and incorrectly scoped requests leave the card unchanged.
