feat(verifier): cache registration certificates per presentation conf… …ig (EUDIPLO#679) * feat(verifier): cache registration certificates per presentation config Embed a server-managed registration-certificate cache (jwt, fingerprints, issuedAt/expiresAt, source) on PresentationConfig. The cache is refreshed eagerly on save/update and invalidated automatically when the registrationCert spec or dcql_query change (via DCQL + spec fingerprints). At request time, OID4VP serves the cached JWT instead of contacting the registrar on every flow. Adds a POST /verifier/config/:id/registration-cert/reissue endpoint and exposes registrationCertCache read-only via the API. The Angular client gains a status badge in the presentation list, a full status panel + Reissue button on the show view, and live status in the create/edit form.
