chore: bump to 1.19.0 across the package, plugin manifests and site b… …adges V1.18.0 left the landing-page template and references/design.md changes (product accent, font stacks, button sizing, CJK line rules) on main only, so Claude Desktop ZIP users never received them. This sets the version that the release workflow checks against the tag. Verified: build_metadata.py --check matches, build.py --check passes, test suite 628 passed / 4 skipped (local MathJax runtime) / 0 failed, no 1.18.0 left outside evals. Rollback: revert this commit before tagging; after V1.19.0 is published, cut V1.19.1 instead, since a published same-version asset cannot change.
