This is a set of programs that would allow one to perform sense disambiguation on UMLS concepts extracted from free text. It depends on the following resources: 1) Stopwords list created by Chris Buckley and Gerard Salton (retrieved from http://www.lextek.com/manuals/onix/stopwords2.html and added to project for convenience)
