I am currently Engineering & Architecture Manager at Hapvida NotreDame Intermédica, one of the largest healthcare companies in Latin America, leading the Engineering & Architecture and Modernization teams.
I lead a large-scale legacy modernization program, migrating critical Oracle Forms systems to a modern stack (NestJS, React, TypeScript), combining enterprise architecture patterns with AI-assisted development pipelines to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
Working closely with Tech Leads and PMs, I structure OKRs, technical roadmaps and architectural guidelines — always balancing delivery speed, quality and long-term maintainability. People development remains a core focus: building growth plans and creating the conditions for each engineer to do their best work.
