Release v1.307 (#1023) * added coinflip game to Qusino sc (#998) * added coinflip game to Qusino sc * bug fix * increase initial bonus amount * added the padding info * reset minium bet amount * reset minimum betting amount as 3 * updated Settle logic * added miximum betting amount * ad 8000 ded approved proposal feature * vote logic bug * reset revenue distribution for the game proposers * added new helper functions * changed distribution percentage & added beta duration * state change info * setting reset state * updated the state reset epoch * setting the initial values when reset * Fixes an issue where the auction end time was set incorrectly due to the initialization time sent by Qubic (#1021) * fix: QTREAT accepts contract shares in DepositGeneralAsset (#1022) DepositGeneralAsset rejected any asset whose issuer is NULL_ID. Contract shares are issued by NULL_ID (ipo.h), so no contract share could be deposited into QTREAT. Drop the issuer check and keep the amount check. A nonexistent asset is still refused: numberOfShares finds nothing owned by the admin and managed by QTREAT, so the deposit fails with QTREAT_ERR_ACQUIRE_FAILED. The withdrawal paths never checked the issuer, so deposited contract shares come back out through the existing multisig and timelock. No StateData, interface or fee changes. Test: deposit 16 of QX's contract shares, check a nonexistent asset is still refused, withdraw them through the multisig and check all 676 are back with the admin under QX management. It fails against develop with QTREAT_ERR_INVALID_INPUT. All 35 ContractQtreat tests pass.
