Publish the manual migration evidence requested by #838: a frozen nine-fixture v7 ladder, independent full-row/snapshot validation, native read-only/migration/reopen controls, and post-migration persistence churn. Native covers 2k/20k/200k facts; Chromium, Firefox and WebKit cover 2k/20k facts under the maintainer-approved cap.
Retain 810 checked timing samples, both native sessions (including large-case variance), raw results, scaling and churn ratios, exact fixture bytes/hashes, dependency locks, and source/build/runtime provenance. The 200k-browser observation is explicitly untimed and excluded. X03 remains MANUAL; X04/X06 retain their broader exclusions. No production or nightly-route changes.
Report and reproduction protocol. Companion docs-site PR: project-minigraf/minigraf-docs#89 (Pages build and browser end-to-end tests passed).
Validation: golden corpus 2 passed; migration matrix 7 passed; evidence checker 5 passed; 45 native and 24 per-browser untimed checks; all 810 timed samples passed correctness/reopen checks. Frozen archive and copied/committed evidence hashes verified; all summaries recomputed; corrupt fixture and incorrect browser scope rejected. Node 22.23.4 and Playwright 1.64.1 are pinned, with zero known vulnerabilities in the recorded npm audit. Task-created benchmark scratch was removed after evidence verification and publication.
