2.x jar fails to load on Alpine (musl) and Windows arm64 #13
Description
Affected: minigraf-jvm 2.0.3 through 2.0.8.
Problem: the ja
8000
r ships linux-musl/* and windows/aarch64 natives, but the 2.x NativeLoader never picks them:
- on musl (Alpine) it loads the glibc
linux/<arch>native; - on Windows it always loads
windows/x86_64.
Both fail with UnsatisfiedLinkError. The new consumer test found this on #11 (Alpine and windows-11-arm legs).
Fix: backport main's loader, from java#5, which resolves by libc and architecture. It ships in v2.0.9. v3 already has it.

Fixed in v2.0.9 (backport in #11). The v2.0.9 jar from Maven Central passed the consumer test on Alpine and Windows arm64: https://github.com/project-minigraf/minigraf-java/actions/runs/39559920139
