a budding bioinformatician specialising in transcriptomic analysis 💻 🧬

I am experienced in 10x Genomics snRNA-seq analysis and the CosMx SMI AtoMx platform, as well as manual spatial data processing using both Seurat-based and non-Seurat pipelines. My day-to-day work involves developing and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines in High-Performance Computing environment, alongside managing the lab’s GitHub organization page.
