Stage plugin manifests in the release cut commit (#227) ## Summary The release cut now commits `gemini-extension.json` and both `plugins/nowline` manifests with the version bump. It also fails before tagging if the release commit leaves any tracked file dirty. The three files are synced to 0.10.0 so main matches `package.json` again. ## Motivation The v0.10.0 release ([run 40137689031](https://github.com/lolay/nowline/actions/runs/40137689031)) failed in `build / Build pack-mcp-mcpb`: ``` sync-mcp-metadata: gemini-extension.json, plugins/nowline/.claude-plugin/plugin.json, plugins/nowline/plugin.json not at 0.10.0 ``` #224 made `bump-version.mjs` sync those three files, but the hard-coded `git add` list in `release.yml`'s "Commit, tag, and push" step never got them. The runner rewrote them and tagged without them. Nothing was published: every publish job was skipped. The new `git diff --quiet HEAD` guard catches this class of drift at the cut, before a tag exists. `make pre-commit` can't see it because the bug only exists inside the workflow. After merge, `v0.10.0` gets deleted and re-pushed on the merge commit to re-run the release. ## How I tested this - `make pre-commit` passes. - `make pack-mcpb` passes with the synced files (`--check` was the failing step). ## Checklist - [x] I ran `make pre-commit` locally. - [ ] I added or updated tests where the change affects observable behavior.
