Charleston, WV. Twenty years building software end to end — network security → mesh-ISP deputy CTO → startup CTO / CEO → a decade consulting → and for the last three years, agentic-AI infrastructure and on-chain systems, full time.
I design, ship, and operate production systems solo: MCP tool hubs, multi-provider model routing with failover, local GPU inference, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents that run 24/7 with real monitoring and real cost discipline.
Flagship work
- Hermes Agent contributions — implementation and tests for proposed local action receipts, durable authority persistence, and delegation routes with credential isolation
- nopipe — ~10k-LOC Rust trustless, non-custodial on-chain swap infrastructure for AI agents on Base
- hoot-contracts · human-oracle — on-chain utility contracts + an oracle for verified human knowledge
- Vesper — dual-hub AI agent control plane (TypeScript, MCP tool hub, model routing, Qdrant vector cache)
- APBench — FAA / aviation forecasting SaaS with per-metric provenance and SSO
Stack — TypeScript · Rust · Go · Solidity / EVM · React / Next.js · Docker · local LLM inference · MCP & multi-agent orchestration
