* PRD-10309 Rename check:fast to check:types Every subtree's check:fast script is an alias of its typecheck, so its name now says what it runs. The root aggregate and its per-subtree scripts, the push helper's typecheck step, the push contract's row keys and ids, their tests and plan fixtures, and the CI docs follow. Records keep the old name: specs, reports, audits, the contract's earlier change entries, and the frozen pre-push vintage fixtures. The push rows' keys change from helper:<subtree>:check:fast to helper:<subtree>:check:types, so gate history recorded before this change carries the old keys.
