웹 읽기에서 동적 URL이 실패하는 원인을 운영 API와 분리해 확인할 독립 Worker를 추가합니다. 같은 가상 상품을 HTML/text/JSON, 한글·쿼리·리다이렉트·고정 지연·본문 크기·캐시·JavaScript 조건으로 제공합니다.
별도 Worker/DO 바인딩만 사용하며 외부 상품 원본은 호출하지 않습니다. 서버 도착과 응답 준비 기록은 개인정보 없이128개/24시간으로 제한합니다. prepared는 클라이언트 수신 성공을 증명하지 않습니다. GitHub 전용 workflow로 배포합니다.
검증: 전체 check/build/coverage 통과, 모든 커버리지100%. 독립 실험 회귀5건 및 TypeScript/eslint/배포 dry-run 통과. 독립 리뷰에서 발견한 동시 로그 유실 가능성은 트랜잭션과 동시20요청 회귀로 수정했고, 본문은 정확한 UTF-8바이트로 제한합니다. 실제 웹 읽기 실험 결과는 배포 후 기록합니다.

2026-10-26 첫 실험에서 웹 읽기16조건은 모두 접근 오류였고 해당 실험 번호의 Worker 도착 기록은0건이었습니다. 일반 HTTPS16조건은 모두 기대한200/302응답, Work 브라우저도 정상이며 서버 기록이 남았습니다. 이 결과는 본문 파싱/크기/지연 단계보다 앞의 접근 실패를 시사하지만, 도구 내부 거절과 Cloudflare 앞단 문제는 아직 구별하지 못합니다.
후속 링크 실험에서 중요한 차이가 확인됐습니다. 이 PR의 링크를 web.run click으로 선택하자 실제 ChatGPT-User 요청이 Worker에 도착했습니다. 목록의 HTML/text/JSON·한글·쿼리·리다이렉트·캐시 헤더 조건이 모두 읽혔고, 1초 지연은 성공하지만5초/15초는 TimeoutError였습니다. JavaScript로만 표시하는 상품 데이터는 웹 읽기에 나타나지 않았습니다. no-store HTML 재열람도 이전 requestId와 시각이 반환되고 신규 서버 기록이 없었습니다. 단순 JSON 형식 문제로 볼 수 없으며, 직접 URL open과 출처 링크 click 및 사본 재사용을 구별해야 합니다. 상세 재현 기록은 후속 PR330에 있습니다.
