정기 점검에서 새로 확인된 ip-address의 IPv6 구역 식별자 처리 ReDoS 취약점(GHSA-rxp7-6hxx-x8q5)을 해소합니다. MCP SDK의 express-rate-limit이 사용하는 전이 의존성만 10.7.2에서 패치된 10.7.4로 갱신합니다. 기존 semver 범위 안의 패치이며 추가 override나 런타임 코드 변경은 없습니다.
검증: npm ci, npm audit 취약점 0개, npm run check 전체 3,873개 통과, 커버리지 4지표 100%, build/discovery 통과. 100,001자 비정상 IPv6 입력을 즉시 거절하고 정상 IPv6 입력을 유지하는 것도 확인했습니다. 독립 리뷰에서 차단 사항은 없었습니다.
