PR #301 운영 검증 중 공식 인기 검색어 API가 HTTP 200, success=true, code=200, data={}를 반환하는 것을 확인했습니다. 이 실측 빈 객체를 정상 비제공으로 구분하고 reason=upstream_empty와 안내를 제공합니다. 알 수 없는 내용이 있는 객체나 null은 계속 오류입니다. envelope 전체를 검증해 success=false, 실패 code와 data 누락도 빈 성공으로 바꾸지 않습니다.
실제 원본 형식의 회귀 실패를 확인한 뒤 수정했습니다. check 3,798개 통과, coverage 네 지표 100%, build/발견 자산 생성 및 독립 리뷰 완료. 정상 빈 응답과 응답 계약 파손을 구분합니다. MCP 도구 수와 기존 호출 이름은 유지합니다.
