과거 Mac CI 실패는 5초 Swift 테스트 기한과 CPU 자원 보호기의 거절이었습니다. 현재 main의 검사·자원 보호 기준을 유지한 상태로 통합 CI와 커버리지를 검증합니다. 불필요한 병렬 CI와 운영 Mac 부하를 피하기 위해 한 변경으로 묶었습니다.
