편의점 중계가 하루 3,000회에 도달하면 CU·GS25·세븐일레븐 조회가 모두 차단되었습니다. 공유 한도를 분당 69회, 하루 최대 100,000회로 조정하여 정상적인 하루 합계를 99,360회 이하로 제한합니다.
기존 원장을 보존하며 캐시·요청 병합의 예산 절약과 UTC 기준 초기화 동작을 유지합니다. Dtryx·올리브영의 기본 30회/분·3,000회/일 한도는 그대로입니다.
검증: 전체 2,753개 테스트 통과, 커버리지 전 항목 100%, check/build 통과, npm audit 취약점 0. 동시 요청·재시작·기존 3,000회 기록·일일 경계·캐시/병합의 실제 파일 원장 테스트와 독립 코드 리뷰를 완료했습니다.
