카카오 주소 검색 무료 쿼터가 소진되면 같은 API를 계속 호출하고, 주소 대체 검색 없이 위치 조회가 실패하던 문제를 수정합니다. Worker 간 공급자별 차단 시각을 공유하고, 정확한 주소가 일치하는 Kakao 키워드·Naver 지역 검색으로 보완합니다. 완료된 주소·좌표 응답은 저장하지 않습니다.
GS25는 일치하는 매장의 자체 좌표를 먼저 사용하며, 요청 지역의 위치를 찾지 못하면 강남 기본 좌표로 조회하지 않고 명확한 503을 반환합니다. 전체 지오코딩 시간 제한과 공급자 입력·응답·인증 경계도 검증했습니다. 무료 대안과 승인된 정부 자료 기반 주소 DB 계획을 별도 문서에 정리했습니다.
검증: check/build 통과, 3,607개 테스트 및 커버리지 네 지표 100%. 독립 리뷰의 전체 시간 예산·자체 좌표 우선순위 지적을 수정하고 재리뷰 승인을 받았습니다.
