서비스가 복구돼도 자체 분당 중계 한도에 잠시 걸린 항목 때문에 전체 헬스체크가 실패했습니다. 검증된 자체 minute 429만 안내된 시간 뒤 해당 검사 ID로 한 번 재확인하고, 실제 정상 응답을 받을 때만 실패를 대체합니다. 대기를 포함해 120초로 제한하고 일일 한도·외부 오류는 재시도하지 않습니다.
첫 실패, 개별 재확인, 최종 결과와 재시도 ID를 아티팩트에 보존합니다. 정상적인 선택 검색어 빈 응답 기준은 유지하며 재고 미확인·오류·재확인 실패는 계속 CI 실패로 남깁니다.
검증: 전체 check·build, 테스트 3,312개, 새 헬퍼 포함 커버리지 4지표 100%, 독립 리뷰 통과. 실제 Node 24 워크플로 실행 테스트와 응답 검증·대기/본문/전체 시간 제한을 확인했습니다.
