PE64 ROP gadget indexer for Windows: harvest gadgets from PE images, search with probe/batch queries, persistent SHA256-keyed cache, and Qt desktop UI backed by bddisasm.

Includes two Notepad lab demos (MessageBox and GDI pixel loop) for authorized security research. GPL-3.0-or-later; third-party notices in NOTICES.txt.
