Run tasks with min task run instead of mip run (#3) * Run tasks with min task run instead of mip run The action installs min and minimald through the release installer at go.minimal.dev/<channel> and runs the task with `min task run`, which brings up a native minimald itself and destroys the task's session when it exits. The channel pointer is still read first for the `version` output. A new `allow-env` input writes the runner user's user_policy.toml [vars] allow list, which min task run consults for every env_vars name a task declares; without it, any inherited variable fails the run off a terminal. The test matrix adds a job for that input and one that checks a failing task fails the step. The hello-world fixture drops `interactive`, which min task run does not provide. Compare the last token of `min --version` exactly, or by the `.g<sha>` suffix a dev build carries when the pointer names a commit (nightly, unstable).
