Report bound tensor and element counts with sync checksums The source and destination grand totals are only comparable if both sides bound the same tensors, which the checksum dict left implicit. Emitting __tensor_count__ and __element_count__ alongside makes that checkable rather than assumed; tpu-inference's RaidenWorkerSync.checksums() reports the same keys.
Prune the branch tip for a browsable successor branch Remove from the tip (all recoverable from ancestor commits): the committed .claude/ skill copy, bulk raw logs and capsules under canon-zero-tim/debug_logs (README kept as the evidence index, now with a retrieval banner), closed task ledgers (p35, p36, p40), experimental/tracing_logs, the stale tasks/ tree, and the committed gold-data jsonl. Add a successor-branch note to START_HERE. Why: this branch is linked from the shared one-pager; the tip should be browsable in 30 seconds while the full evidence record stays reachable via git history. Drawback: file references inside historical debug_logs README sections now require the documented git-show retrieval form.
