Summary
Adds integration coverage for the assembled agent runtime. These tests exercise the Run machine, canonical values, reconciliation, regression cases, and wire helpers together rather than testing each reducer or adapter in isolation.
Coverage
machine_test.godrives persisted Run commands through preparation, model execution, tool execution, settlement, terminal states, and invalid transitions. The scenarios check that command identities replay safely, stale bases are rejected, effect identities bind the correct Executing target, and model/tool outcomes cross the Loop boundary in the correct direction.Reconciliation tests combine Run state with executor observations and verify the distinction between active, terminal, orphaned, missing, and aborted executions. They cover disposal and recovery behavior without treating a missing observation as proof when an executor is still authoritative. Canonical tests freeze the stable representation used for request, result, and identity digests; wire helpers keep test setup aligned with the production envelope and codec rules.
Regression cases document previously fragile boundaries around terminal handling, effect settlement, unknown outcomes, and recovery. The tests intentionally use the public stores, command envelopes, and projection-facing helpers so failures identify contract drift at the integration seam instead of merely exposing an implementation detail.
Scope
This is a test-only PR. It adds no production event types or runtime behavior; its purpose is to establish executable coverage for the already-added core modules before storage and application adapters are validated.
