AI adoption and implementation for founder-CEOs and expert-led businesses. I run Envisioned from the Netherlands, and I build the systems I teach.
Everything below was designed, specified and shipped by me, working hands-on with Claude Code and Codex. The repositories are private: they are licensed products and the operating system of a running business. What is live is linked. Forks on this account are study material, not my work.
Envisioned OS. A small business, run as a system: one folder any AI harness can read. Governance (a working standard and a stoplight that says when the system acts, asks or stops), eight department cards, named personas, scheduled jobs, empty knowledge templates. The "business in a box" I install for clients. September 2026.
The Envisioned video editor. A supervised local editing service: word-level alignment from the sound, conservative cut proposals on an HTML review page with storyboard stills and an effects glossary, a branded render only after approval. 73 commits between 17 September and 29 October 2026, releases 8 to 17, and client editions for Claude Code, Codex and Buzz under my own licence.
CRM and operator tool belt. Leads, pipeline, comment-to-DM funnels, newsletter subscribers, approval-gated publishing, and an MCP server so an AI operator can work the CRM without sending anything itself. Cloudflare Workers, on BraveBrand's open-source Digital Home Starter. Live at app.envisioned.me since March 2026.
Envisioned Studio. Sora 2 video creation for European users, built in October 2025 while the official Sora app was not available in Europe. Six languages, a storyboard mode, a library, EU cookie and privacy flow. Vite, React, Supabase, Sora via Kie.ai.
Out With It. A recorded interview that exports a video and tags the lead in the CRM. August 2026.
Small tools that are live. The Legibility Test (legibility.envisioned.me) scores a URL for how well AI can read it. The AI Readiness Map (map.envisioned.me). The Taste Interviewer (taste.envisioned.me), a 100-question voice interview that compiles a founder's voice profile. A private client portal.
envisioned.me. The homepage is a static scroll-driven site served from a Cloudflare Worker; the rest of the site runs on the Digital Home Starter.
Always-on runtime. A customised ClaudeClaw: Claude Code as a governed daemon with 18 scheduled jobs, Telegram, client webhooks, and an authority manifest it loads fail-closed on every run.
Skills. More than forty Claude Code skills for one business, among them a voice skill measured from 1,730 of my own pre-AI posts, a voice-DNA builder for any person, call intelligence, content quality gates and brand visuals.
Motion graphics. Twelve finished video projects in plain HTML + GSAP on HyperFrames, packaged as a teaching kit.
BraveBrand's Digital Home Starter (MIT) under the CRM and the site. earlyaidopters/claudeclaw under the runtime. HyperFrames by HeyGen under the video renders.
