Behaviour change, with the evidence: on the 4 sealed hard tasks (40 runs per strategy) lean finished 39/40 against 38/40 for always-Opus and always-Sonnet at $0.064 per run (Opus $0.163, Sonnet $0.062); 18/18 on the multi-step set at $0.061 per run. The decision rule was set before the run and is met. Opus is still used when Jev is at least 90% sure;
/jev preset balancedrestores the old behaviour. Adds presets, an ONLY filter and Wilson intervals to the harness, and a CI check that the shipped defaults match the lean preset.
