Summary

The 0.4.0 section of the CHANGELOG now gives every change from 0.3.3, in English and Japanese alike (45 items each).
Added: --type for choosing among objects of different types that share a name, and jetdb export --attachments. Forms and reports leave Added, since 0.3.3 had form props and form controls; what changed of them is under Changed.
Changed: the breaking changes of the API (#[non_exhaustive], ObjectType, VbaModuleType, encoding::decode_text, the required methods of DdlDialect, the deprecated flags), Access 97 forms giving Jet3FormsNotRead, and the CLI changes: one name per line in the list subcommands, jetdb prop errors, headings and order, quoted values, one-character -d, jetdb without a subcommand, and I/O errors with paths.
Fixed: more panics on broken data, the DirData name, four DDL fixes, CSV quoting of every type, the panic on a closed pipe, and the license files and README links of the crates.
Fixes of what is new in 0.4.0 are not listed, since they are not changes from 0.3.3.
