Summary

The examples of queries show and export now show the real output on the test data; Money values are not quoted.
The tables -s, macro list and form props examples are in the real name order, with ... where output is left out. The form examples are rewritten from formPropTest.accdb; the old ones named forms the test data does not have.
The column list marks an AutoNumber column AUTO, not NOT NULL; --help-skill, which jetdb --help lists, is documented; the Japanese description of the version history field gains "not a count" as in English.
The 13 commands whose output is shown in full were run and compared line by line in both languages.
