Summary

The only public item of the form2000 module was the constant UNMAPPED, so publishing the module fixed its path as public API for one constant. The module is now private.
UNMAPPED moves to the form module and is public as jetdb::form::UNMAPPED, next to the other functions on prop_id.
The form2000 module is new in 0.4.0, so no released API changes.
