Summary

Access names often contain spaces, so the space-separated default of the list subcommands could not tell them apart: jetdb macro list nwind.mdb gave Customer Labels Dialog Customer Phone List Customers ....
queries list, vba list, form list and macro list now print one name per line by default, as tables does. This changes the default output of 0.3.3.
-1 is still accepted and does nothing; -d still prints the names on one line separated by its string; -1 with -d is still an error.
For the test data, the new default is the same as the old -1 output. docs/cli (English and Japanese) is updated.
