Summary

  • Page 0 holds the length of the EncryptionInfo (u16 LE) at offset 0x299, and the EncryptionInfo with vMajor/vMinor starts at 0x29B, as crypto.rs reads it; the documents had vMajor/vMinor at 0x299.
  • The table of schemes now has a Standard AES row (vMinor 2 with the AES flag) and tells NonStandard AES by its AES algId; Standard AES is read for vMajor 2 to 4, not 3/4 only.
  • Agile key derivation accepts SHA-1 as well as SHA-256/384/512.
  • The usage example said a non-encrypted file is opened with "password is ignored", but PageReader::open takes no password; it now says which files need no password: .mdb files and .accdb files without encryption.
  • docs/encryption.md and docs/encryption.ja.md are changed alike.
