…f the Blob - In databases of Access 2000 and later, the code page in the header is not always the one Access wrote the names of TypeInfo in: Strings.mdb has 1252 in its header and its Russian names in 1251, and read_form_type_info gave them garbled - Read them in the code page, of that in the header and then 14 of Windows, in which the most names that are not ASCII are among the names of the controls in the Blob, which are UTF-16, regardless of case; in that of the header when none is - Use it both in read_form_type_info and its kin and where read_form_properties matches the controls with TypeInfo - Tell in docs (en/ja) how the names are read Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
