…low Azure mirror - The runner image lists azure.archive.ubuntu.com first in /etc/apt/apt-mirrors.txt, and apt stays on a slow node of it for many minutes (actions/runner-images#14823, open); the browsers for Playwright took over 15 minutes to install in the CI of PR #114, against 41 seconds as usual - In the Wasm package job, drop the Azure line before installing the browsers, so that apt fetches from the next one, archive.ubuntu.com, and print the list in the log Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

- apt fetched nothing from mirrors.edge.kernel.org and moved on to archive.ubuntu.com without an error, after the index took 23 seconds, as if it waited for a timeout - Go back to dropping the Azure line and fetching from archive.ubuntu.com, as the wait is all the mirror adds Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
