Refreshes both uv.lock files, syncs the bundled workspace deps with dlt 1.31.0, and bumps the bundled skills. Scaffold: dlt 1.30.0 -> 1.31.0, dlthub-client 0.28.4 -> 0.28.7, marimo 0.24.0 -> 0.25.1, duckdb 1.5.5 -> 1.5.6, fastmcp 3.4.7 -> 4.0.11, mcp 1.29.1 -> 2.3.0, plus transitives. dlthub unchanged at 0.30.0. Root: posthog 7.45.1 -> 7.64.1, mypy 2.3.1 -> 2.4.0. scaffold-deps-sync against dlt 1.31.0 WORKSPACE_DEPS: fastmcp >=3.1.0, explicit croniter entry dropped (now a core dlt dep, still in the lock). WORKBENCH_REF e8bcc26 -> c3f4f780, skills/ regenerated: - dlthub-router: "Background agents" section, two new trigger phrases - setup-secrets: docs URL suffix fix

Bump 0.2.10 -> 0.2.11 (pyproject.toml + uv.lock) and promote the [Unreleased] CHANGELOG section to 0.2.11. Ships #34: bundled workspace picks up dlt 1.30.0 -> 1.31.0, dlthub-client 0.28.4 -> 0.28.7, marimo 0.24.0 -> 0.25.1, duckdb 1.5.5 -> 1.5.6, fastmcp 3.4.7 -> 4.0.11, plus transitives; scaffold deps synced with dlt 1.31.0 WORKSPACE_DEPS (fastmcp >=3.1.0, croniter entry dropped); skills bumped to workbench c3f4f780. Root picks up posthog 7.64.1, mypy 2.4.0. Patch level: dependency and skills refresh only, no CLI behavior or API change.
