feat!: v2 with Pinia 2-4, Pinia Colada plugin and tsdown packaging

- Store logger: deep state snapshots (refs, proxies, cycles), per-store logger
  option honored, filter applied before copying and on errors, duration on
  success, Colada internal stores skipped, disabled by default in production.
- New PiniaColadaLogger at pinia-logger/colada: fetch, cache hit, set,
  invalidate, remove and mutation events.
- Nuxt module folded in as pinia-logger/nuxt (Nuxt 3 and 4, no @nuxt/kit).
- Build with tsdown (ESM, CJS, d.ts), oxlint and oxfmt, TypeScript 7, bun.
- Remove the default export, Nuxt 2 support, the separate Nuxt package and the
  stale demo apps; add a Node consumer check.

BREAKING CHANGE: exports map with ".", "./colada" and "./nuxt"; no default
export; disabled defaults to true in production.
