feat: GitHub Releases via GoReleaser (mayankjain0141#2) * feat: add GitHub Releases via GoReleaser - Add nixis-daemon to release builds (ships all 3 binaries in one archive) - Create release.yml workflow triggered on v* tag push - Fix release GitHub owner to mayankjain0141 - Remove Homebrew tap section (not needed yet) * fix(ci): use latest golangci-lint to support Go 1.26 toolchain The pinned v1.64.8 was built with Go 1.24, which is older than our go.mod toolchain directive (go1.26.3). Using `latest` ensures the lint binary is always built with a compatible Go version. * fix(ci): upgrade golangci-lint-action to v8 for golangci-lint v2 action@v6 only resolves golangci-lint v1.x releases (max v1.64.8, built with Go 1.24). Our go.mod requires toolchain go1.26.3 and .golangci.yml is already version "2" format. Upgrade to action@v8 + golangci-lint v2.12 which is built with Go 1.26 and matches our config. * fix(lint): rename exclude-rules to exclude for golangci-lint v2 golangci-lint v2.12 schema renamed issues.exclude-rules to issues.exclude. Same functionality, updated key name. * fix(lint): move exclude-rules to linters.exclusions.rules for v2 schema golangci-lint v2 moved issue exclusion rules from issues.exclude-rules (and issues.exclude) to linters.exclusions.rules. Validated locally with `golangci-lint config verify`. * fix(lint): resolve all golangci-lint v2 violations - Fix gofmt formatting in 6 files - Simplify bool return in selfprotect.go (staticcheck) - Remove unused translateResponse in nixis-hook - Remove unused countingSessionLabels in maintenance_test.go - Handle errcheck: add _ = for defer Close/Unlock patterns - Configure errcheck to exclude fmt.Fprint*, (io.Closer).Close, os.Unsetenv (CLI output where errors are non-critical) - Exclude dashboard/node_modules from lint paths - Move exclusion rules to linters.exclusions.rules (v2 schema) Validated locally: `golangci-lint run ./...` → 0 issues
