Bug fixes:
- Fix IPK format: was built with Debian ar format, opkg requires gzip-tar
- Fix rpcd binary path: trafficctl → luci.trafficctl
- Fix ShellCheck SC2086 in trafficctl-fw.sh (unquoted variable in uci call)
- Fix ESLint no-redeclare: duplicate chipActiveStyle variable in status.js

CI improvements:
- Per-test badges: ShellCheck, ESLint, Tests each have their own badge
- Release blocked until all tests pass
- OpenWrt compatibility matrix: 12 combinations (3 versions × 4 archs)
- All CI moved to GitHub-hosted runners

Installation:
- Direct opkg URL install (no scp needed)
- LuCI web UI: System → Software → Upload Package
- Stable download URLs: luci-app-trafficctl.ipk / _all.ipk / _latest_all.ipk
