Before: the last GitHub release is v0.10.1 (September). Master carries the 0.11.0 rename to aloop and ninety-odd unreleased CHANGELOG entries from the roadmap work and seventeen live runs, with plugin.json, ctx-symbols/Cargo.toml and the CHANGELOG all still at 0.11.0.

After: version 0.12.0 everywhere make version-check looks (plugin manifest, ctx-symbols Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock, CHANGELOG top entry). The CHANGELOG's [Unreleased] content becomes [0.12.0] - 2026-10-18, opened by a short summary of what the release carries and how to upgrade from agentic-agile; a fresh empty [Unreleased] sits above it. OVERVIEW's header names v0.12.0. Once this merges, the tag v0.12.0 is pushed and the GitHub release is published from this section.

How: version strings and CHANGELOG headings only, no code. make version-check OK, make ci green locally on master as of #25.

…op the stale empty [Unreleased], fix the compare links

#26 cut the release; this carries only what it lacked.
