Stacked on #21 (base is that branch; retargeted to master once it lands).

Before: after #21 the main tree's run data lived in .aladdin/, but the three worktree-local markers (the task.env copy, budget-exceeded, scaffold-symbols) were still written to and read from the worker worktree's .agentic/, so a fresh project had both names on disk.

After: the markers are written to the worker worktree's .aladdin/ (with a self-ignoring .gitignore, so nothing there can reach the task's diff), or .agentic/ in a project that still keeps its run data there, and read from either, so a host or an older sprint that still writes .agentic/<marker> is understood. aloop task-worktree add creates the guarded marker dir. The scaffolder persona and SKILL.md name the new path. The layout move (ROADMAP M1) is complete.

How: _paths.py gains marker_dir / marker and _paths.sh gains agentic_marker_dir / agentic_marker; budget (contract copy, worktree lookup, the hard-limit marker), _gatelib (load_task_env, budget_release), gate-supervisor-scope (write patterns and fallback), gate-scaffold-verify, bind, selfcheck, transcripts, host-adapter and task-worktree use them.

Evidence:

  • scripts/test/layout.test.py gains a markers case (7 checks): the write dir per project kind, the guard, a legacy .agentic/task.env still read by bind and the helpers, and git status showing nothing under .aladdin/ in the worktree
  • scripts/test/supervisor-scope.test.py gains .aladdin/task.env write-block cases (Write and Bash) and allows .aladdin/scaffold-symbols
  • test fixtures moved to the new marker dir; make test-hosts all green, make conformance 58/58, shellcheck, pyflakes, json, eval-validate, claude plugin validate --strict

…ADMAP M1)

The task.env copy, budget-exceeded and scaffold-symbols markers are
written to the worker worktree's .aladdin/ (self-ignoring guard, so
nothing there reaches the task's diff), or .agentic/ in a legacy
project, and read from either: hosts and older sprints that still write
.agentic/<marker> are understood. _paths gains marker_dir/marker and
agentic_marker_dir/agentic_marker; budget, _gatelib, gate-supervisor-scope,
gate-scaffold-verify, bind, selfcheck, transcripts, host-adapter and
task-worktree use them. The layout move is complete.

Tests: layout.test.py (7 checks; markers case), supervisor-scope gains
.aladdin/task.env cases, fixtures moved to the new marker dir;
conformance 58/58.

…n/ (master red after #23 met #24)

#24 added a case expecting the copy at .agentic/task.env; #23 moved the
worktree markers to .aladdin/. budget already writes through
_paths.marker_dir, so only the test's expected path was stale.
