Before: live run 15 cost $1.42 against run 14's $0.88 with the same intent. The supervisor dispatched every single-task wave in the background and woke 16 times (run 14: 2), each wake re-reading its whole context: 5.5M cached Sonnet tokens, $1.26 of the total. Run 16, with the rule below, also showed the one kind of commit
