…ery merged commit traces to its task Live runs 11–14 emitted no commit.created: on Claude Code the host makes the worktree and the supervisor merges it with raw git, so task-worktree remove (which records the lineage) never runs and ROADMAP §4.7 was dead there. task-worktree merge <TASK_ID> <BRANCH> does a --no-ff merge and emits worktree.merged + commit.created per commit; SKILL.md tells the supervisor to merge with it; e2e-live checks every merged commit answers events trace. Before: in live e2e runs 12, 13 and 14 the planner's first
targets.jsonwas blocked bytargets checktwo or three times per run: a bare list instead of{"targets": [...]},createwithout aplanned_symbol, andsymbolnaming a function the sprint had not written yet. The planner persona described the fields but not these rules. Separately, runs 11–14 produced nocommit.createdevent at all: on Claude Code the host makes the worktree and the supervisor merges it with rawgit merge, sotask-worktree remove, the only place the lineage was recorded, never ran. ROADMAP §4.7 (a commit traces to its intent) was dead on the main host and nothing measured it.After: the planner persona (both
plugin/agents/planner.mdand the pipeline source) states the three targets rules with a one-line example.task-worktree merge <TASK_ID> <BRANCH>does the--no-ffmerge and emitsworktree.mergedplus onecommit.createdper merged commit; SKILL.md tells the supervisor to merge with it, andmake e2e-livenow checks that every merged commit answersevents trace. How: prose for the planner; a new subcommand in
plugin/bin/task-worktreecovered byscripts/test/commit-trace.test.py(8 checks, host-made branch case added); bin/README and CHANGELOG updated.make cipasses locally, conformance 58/58 in both the ctx-symbols and the grep-fallback mode. The planner rules and the trace check are measured on the next live run.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
