…ipts in the symbol walk Live e2e run 12: a stale .claude/worktrees/agent-<id>/ checkout inside the main tree duplicated every symbol of main, so `ctx-symbols conflicts` reported HIGH duplicates and the structural reviewer was blocked 20 times on a finding it could not fix. The walk (and the gate's grep fallback) now skips a host's checkouts and the plugin's own state. Records run 12 in the ROADMAP. Unit test plus a conformance case: a real duplicate inside such a checkout still halts. Before: live e2e run 12 (wordfreq, with the run-11 fixes from #13) passed 12/12 in 15m22s for $1.10, but hit 21 gate blocks. A stale worktree checkout under
.claude/worktrees/agent-<id>/inside the main tree duplicated every symbol of main, soctx-symbols conflictsreported HIGH duplicates and the structural reviewer, which cannot fix code, was blocked 10 times on the same finding until the supervisor gave up on it. ROADMAP §0 still listed M2–M7 as "not started" although #8 and #14 shipped most of them.After: the symbol walk (and the gate's grep fallback) skips a host's worktree checkouts,
.agentic/and.transcripts/; a real duplicate in the reviewed tree still halts. The stuck release from #13 also covers the structural reviewer and the final gate, so an identical block three times releases them unverified with aSTUCKmarker for the supervisor instead of looping. ROADMAP §0 statuses for M2–M7 now come from TRACKING.md.How:
