README now reads intent → demo → test-driven agents → how the loop works → why failing first matters → gates → install/run → hosts → evidence → audit → architecture → limitations; every number comes from the §0 measured runs or the harness's own stats. The §0 milestone table says what the code does (M1–M7 done with their tests named, M8 in progress) instead of "not started". …DMAP §4.11) A self-contained page: an original lamp mark, the RED explainer, the gates table, the audit tree and the evidence paragraph. scripts/test/site.test.py checks it loads nothing external, is well-formed, carries those parts, and that every time/cost number on it is one ROADMAP §0 records. Closes §4.11 except the Pages switch itself, which is the owner's. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_014j4wLin3oJTtnvjE9Lq2VV

Stacked on #15 (base is that branch; retargeted to master once it lands).
Before: the README opened with marketplace mechanics and the old plugin description, ROADMAP §0 listed milestones M2–M7 as "not started" although their items had shipped with tests, and there was no site.
After: the README reads in the §4.11 order: intent is all you need, demo (the measured §0 runs with their time and cost), test-driven agents, how the loop works, why failing first matters, "Models explore. Gates decide.", install/run (quick start and upgrade kept verbatim), supported harnesses, evidence, audit, architecture, limitations. §0 states what the code does for M1–M8, naming the tests that prove each milestone.
docs/index.htmlis a one-page site for GitHub Pages (deploy from branch,/docs): an original lamp mark, the RED explainer, the gates table, the audit tree and the evidence paragraph. Turning Pages on is the owner's switch.How: README sections are reassembled from the existing text plus short new sections; no number is added without a source. The site is a single self-contained HTML file;
scripts/test/site.test.pyparses it (no external resource, well-formed, the required parts present), checks every time/cost figure on it against ROADMAP §0, and checks that the README anchors it links to exist.Evidence:
scripts/test/site.test.py5 checks, inmake test-hostsscripts/check-tracking.pyok (39 requirements); the test names cited in §0 exist inscripts/test/🤖 Generated with Claude Code
