The current `claude plugin validate --strict` rejects unquoted placeholders (a plugin path with a space would split). Quote every hook command path and teach validate-suites.py to strip the quotes when matching gate names. Before: nothing in the repo says what agentic-agile actually is today. The roadmap was a long spec without a plan view, the design docs (some still saying "no code yet") looked current, and the README badge linked to a CONTRIBUTING.md that didn't exist.
After:
docs/OVERVIEW.mddefines the project from the code as of v0.10.1. It covers the problem, the loop, every component, the on-disk artifacts, current status and limits, and which docs are current.docs/ROADMAP.mdopens with a milestone table (M0 hygiene → M8 Aladdin 1.0) mapped to its existing sessions.CONTRIBUTING.mdnow exists.How: these are mostly docs changes. DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE and KICKSTART get a "historical" banner. I fixed the stale 8 → 9 role count in plugin/README, rewrote the README CI section to match the four real jobs, and linked the new docs from the README.
