Fixes and maintenance. No API changes.

The query editor could hang on "Loading…" for anyone with no persisted tabs,
and MINILAKE_MCP=1 printed a pydantic-settings warning before the banner.
Both are fixed.

Alongside those: the images and CI move to Python 3.14 (requires-python stays
at >=3.11), the web UI dependencies are updated with the transitive dompurify
pin lifted, and the Python lock takes twenty patch/minor moves.

Dependency-only release. pytz is now a declared runtime dependency; nothing
in the tree pulled it in before, so it was absent from an install.

v1.7.1 — packaging fix

1.7.0 published a correct wheel but no sdist: PyPI rejected it at 308 MB,
after the wheel had already uploaded. This ships the sdist fixes — the web
UI now survives the sdist -> wheel path, and ui/node_modules no longer
lands in the sdist — plus two workflow guards that catch both before
anything is published.

No runtime changes.

v1.7.0 — embedded web UI and JupyterLab

Athena-style SQL workspace at /ui, and a real JupyterLab running inside
minilake, proxied same-origin at /jupyter. Adds the Query History and
Saved Queries APIs, widens UI coverage of the API, and makes
POST /_minilake/reset?full=true honour full.
